Job summary

Stonemark Management in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team. The role involves outdoor work in all weather, minimal supervision, and performing physically demanding tasks to keep exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleys clean and safe.

You will handle litter pickup, lawn care, watering and drainage, inventory of grounds equipment, and assist with make-readies and emergency maintenance.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a groundskeeper is preferred but not required.
• General property maintenance skills such as painting, pressure washing, and trash pickup are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending and kneeling.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
• People-oriented with strong organizational and make-readies skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Responsible for keeping the grounds of the community in an attractive condition; for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways of community in a clean and safe condition.
