Job summary

You will work with a small team, report safety issues, use an iPad or smartphone, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily removal of litter and trash from the community grounds.
• Distribute notices and flyers as needed.
• Report safety issues and property damage.
• Assist with snow removal and application of ice melt.
• Perform light checks for building exteriors, hallways, and common areas.
• Assist with quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist with make ready repairs in vacant apartments.
• Assist with moving large appliances on the property.
• Water flowers and trees not covered by sprinklers.

Groundskeeper duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with quarterly preventative maintenance checks
• Assist with make ready type repairs in vacant apartments
• Assist with moving large appliances on the property
• Water flowers and trees that aren’t covered by sprinklers
