GROUNDSKEEPER – Reno, NV

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is seeking a professional and dependable candidate for the position of Groundskeeper at Homecoming at Kiley Ranch, a large, upscale Lewis-owned apartment community in Reno.

As a member of our Groundskeeping team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing property and grounds cleaning
2. Performing custodial/janitorial duties and light painting projects
3. Walking the community to maintain attractiveness and safety of the grounds
4. Offering warm, personable customer service to residents and visitors
5. Performing additional duties as needed
