We are seeking a Field Ground Service Attendant to work at various locations across the U.S. This role involves camping at the service landing area to deter trespassers and ensure the security and safety of Columbia Helicopters, Inc. (CHI) aircraft, vehicles, and equipment. The position includes on-site aircraft and equipment monitoring, with individual shifts typically lasting 8-12 hours per day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure the lighting is operational prior to the maintenance crew’s arrival in the morning.
2. Monitor the service area throughout the evening between the times the maintenance crew departs and returns.
3. Work onsite seven days a week.
4. Shift begins when the maintenance crew departs the service landing and ends upon their return.
5. Any schedule deviations must be pre-approved by the Project Manager or higher authority.
6. Conduct oneself in accordance with the company’s core values.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

1. Ability to stay awake during night shifts.
2. Ability to walk around the service landing area occasionally during the shift.
3. Having a self-contained RV for remote job sites is highly preferred.
4. Valid Driver’s License required.
5. Willingness and ability to travel between job sites across the U.S. (OR/WA/CA).
