Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community's grounds and facilities with a strong focus on cleanliness and safety. The role supports the master-planned community by delivering reliable upkeep, waste removal, and routine maintenance aligned with our resident-centric mission.

You will perform daily cleaning, inspect common areas, and coordinate with residents and managers to ensure facilities reflect our standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of grounds keeping / maintenance experience.
• Skills in carpentry, HVAC, electric, plumbing and other building trades.
• Experience in landscaping, irrigation and grounds maintenance.
• Must be organized, efficient and able to maintain quality for facilities.
• Ability to communicate with residents, managers and peers effectively.
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving history.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical.

Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper will maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the community facilities. This job plays a key role in executing our company’s purpose statement: We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live.

What you’ll accomplish

What we’re looking for

• Must be organized, efficient and have the ability to recognize the level of quality acceptable to keep facilities looking their best
• Ability to communicate with residents, managers and peers in an effective way
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving history
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:

• Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
• Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
• Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
• Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
