Sodexo is seeking a Groundskeeper at OHIO NORTHERN UNIVERSITY. You will help maintain the grounds using hand or power tools, handle mowing, planting, irrigation, and snow/ice management, and assist with sports field setup.

We value reliability, teamwork, and safety. A valid driver’s license is required; 1–2 years of related experience and horticultural training are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Horticultural training is required.
• Pesticide and herbicide license(s) may be required.
• Heavy equipment certification may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Landscape or maintain grounds using hand or power tools/equipment.
• Perform tasks such as sod laying, mowing, edging, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, irrigation, and snow/ice management.
• Set up and maintain sports fields and related facilities.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; adapt to client requirements and account needs.
