ZRS is a leading residential property management company committed to providing consistent service to our residents and clients through recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented professionals in the apartment industry.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings and breezeways, ensuring they are free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and blowing debris from the property
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly to inspect and maintain grounds
• Pressure washing the buildings
• Preparing units for market readiness
• Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities
• Maintaining the compactor area free from debris
