Job Requirements:

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Groundskeeper experience preferred.
