Hirebridge is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path and parking areas to maximize curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes daily upkeep, safety, and professional communication with current and prospective residents, with duties including cleaning, snow removal assistance, and timely reporting of issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; ability to use general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and other debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and other inclement weather events.
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues immediately.
• Maintain curb appeal and professional interactions with residents.
• Foster positive relations with residents and other properties.
• Adhere to safety requirements and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Groundskeeper

About the Groundskeeper Position

We’re looking for a talented groundskeeper who will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots, and other areas of the assigned property, with maximization of the property’s marketing appeal and the highest level of customer satisfaction in mind.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market‑ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.
• Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed.
• Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents always.
• Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality.
• Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, other properties and associated agencies.
• Clearly and immediately report any maintenance and/or life safety issues identified while performing regular assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
