Avenue5 Residential in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and cleanliness across our community. Responsibilities include daily cleanup, unit prep, exterior washing, and assisting with weather-related emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from offices and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, weather events, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments, model homes, and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance or life-safety issues promptly.
• Maintain curb appeal and interact professionally with residents.
• Preserve confidentiality of applicants and residents.
• Collaborate with residents and other properties.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.
• Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed.
• Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents at all times.
• Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality.
• Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, other properties and associated agencies.
• Clearly and immediately report any maintenance and/or life safety issues identified while performing regular assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
