Arlington Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our community's appearance. Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, basic repairs, safety inspections, supply management, pool and trash maintenance, snow and ice removal, and providing excellent customer service to residents. This role offers hands-on work and the opportunity to contribute to a beautiful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Groundskeeping: Inspect and clean grounds, remove trash, and ensure areas are maintained.
• Maintenance Assistance: Support the Service Manager with repairs and unit preparations.
• Safety & Inspections: Identify hazards and report issues.
• Supply Management: Organize and requisition supplies.
• Pool Maintenance: Assist with pool upkeep if applicable.
• Trash Removal: Manage trash disposal and dumpster cleanliness.
• Snow & Ice Removal: Clear pathways during winter weather.
• Customer Service: Address resident concerns professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or maintenance preferred.

Qualifications
