Are you someone who enjoys maintaining a clean and well-kept environment? Arlington Properties is looking for a Groundskeeper to help keep our community looking its best. In this role, you will be responsible for grounds maintenance, assisting with basic repairs, safety inspections, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, stairways, and public areas by cleaning, trash removal, and landscaping tasks.
• Assist with basic maintenance and repairs, and prepare units for new residents.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards and report issues.
• Manage supplies and assist with pool, snow, and ice maintenance as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and safety.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills.

Qualifications & Equipment
