Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. Since 1958, we have focused on providing superb housing for college students and our team is the reason for our success and growth.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and perform pruning, edging, mulching, leaf gathering, trash collection, and snow removal. You may assist with pool maintenance and light maintenance as directed; a high school diploma or GED and strong

• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prune and landscape maintenance.
• Trim, edge and mulch as directed.
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas.
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection.
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather.
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor.
