Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property. You will be part of a team that values a fun, hardworking culture and offers opportunities for growth and development.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform pruning and landscape maintenance, assist with pool and light maintenance, and contribute to a safe, well-kept living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently

Responsibilities

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
• Trim, edge and mulch as directed
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
