Campus Apartments in Columbus is seeking a dedicated Groundsperson to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

You will perform landscaping tasks, assist with snow removal, pool upkeep, and light maintenance while delivering friendly customer service and following supervisor directions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance.
• Trim, edge and mulch as directed.
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas.
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection.
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather.
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor.
