Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking a dedicated Groundsperson to keep our grounds pristine and welcoming for residents and guests. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and emphasizes landscaping, seasonal cleanup, and safe outdoor spaces.

You will prune, edge, mulch, rake leaves, collect debris, handle snow removal, and assist with pool and light maintenance as directed, delivering excellent customer service and following instructions efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Groundsperson reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
• Trim, edge and mulch as directed
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
