Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for The Creek Apartments in Wilmington, NC. This full-time, on-site position offers year-round work with competitive pay and benefits, including a quarterly bonus and comprehensive health coverage.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, lawn care, irrigation checks, snow removal, pool prep, and assisting the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months landscaping/grounds experience
• Able to operate mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
• Willing to work outdoors year-round
• Friendly and dependable
