THE DAILY PERSONNEL INC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas and contribute to a welcoming, safe environment. You will work with a team to keep lawns, gardens, and landscapes in top condition, ensuring aesthetics and safety for visitors and staff alike.

You will be involved in equipment operation, seasonal tasks like snow removal, and applying basic plant care practices. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
• Knowledge of plant care and maintenance practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas by mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Perform regular inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
