Arbors At Wolf Pen in Dallas, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper for a full-time role. This position involves outdoor grounds maintenance, including mowing and tending lawns, shrubs, and flowers, with hours Monday–Friday and some Saturday work.

Responsibilities

• Physically walking the community on a frequent basis and removing litter, debris and other items as needed from the grounds. Attention to detail is especially critical for the following areas and should be free of litter at all times: Recreation areas Sidewalks and walkways Grass, flowers, and shrubs

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager

Equipment

An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools, including mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer, step ladder, full ladder, hand tools, key-cutting machine, hand truck, wheelbarrow.

Work Hours

This is a fulltime position, 40 hours a week. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:30, and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
