Job summary

Ameristar Casino Resort Spa is seeking a facilities maintenance team member in Colorado to perform exterior cleaning and groundskeeping tasks. You will ensure clean outdoor areas, assist with basic repairs, and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include washing exterior surfaces, litter removal, snow and ice control, and lawn care. The role requires energy, reliability, and strong teamwork within a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Pressure washes outside of casino, decks, entrances to the casino, and other areas as needed and/or as directed.
• Clean ground and remove litter.
• Remove all trash from parking lot as needed.
• Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Water lawn and shrubs; trim plants as needed.
• Clean out drainage, ditches, and culverts.
• Maintain cleanliness of outside smoking area.
• Maintain parking lots and adjacent areas in a sanitary manner.
• Make minor repairs on equipment such as lawn mower, spreader, and snow removal equipment.
• This is a uniformed position, which requires that Team Members are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
