Tri City Rentals is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to join our apartment community team in Albany. This full-time outdoor role focuses on maintaining curb appeal, cleanliness, and overall beauty of the property, contributing to a welcoming environment for residents.

You’ll mow, weed, mulch, plant flowers, and assist with seasonal cleanups and snow removal. Training is provided, and a background check is required for employment.

• A background check will be required.
• Valid, clean driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas.
• Weed, mulch, plant, and care for flowers and landscaping.
• Keep outdoor areas, walkways, and entrances clean and attractive.
• Assist with seasonal property cleanup and upkeep.
• Perform snow removal and keep entrances accessible in winter.
• Identify landscaping or property conditions needing attention.
• Work with the property team to maintain community appearance.
• Help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Tri City Rentals is looking for a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to join our apartment community team.

As a Groundskeeper with Tri City Rentals, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the curb appeal, appearance, and overall beauty of our apartment community while helping create a welcoming environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work outdoors throughout the year helping keep our community attractive, clean, and well maintained.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas
• Weed, mulch, plant, and care for flowers and landscaping
• Keep outdoor areas, walkways, and entrances clean and attractive
• Assist with seasonal property cleanup and upkeep
• Perform snow removal and help keep entrances and walkways accessible during winter weather
• Identify landscaping or property conditions that need attention
• Work with the property team to maintain the overall appearance of the community
• Help create a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents and guests

Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, property maintenance, construction, or other outdoor work experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am -4:30pm
