Tri City Rentals is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our apartment community team in the Albany area. You’ll help create clean, welcoming spaces for residents and guests each day.

The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, full-time employment, competitive pay based on experience, overtime opportunities, and benefits including health insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

Tri City Rentals is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our apartment community team.

As a Housekeeper with Tri City Rentals, you’ll play an important role in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming communities for our residents and their guests.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for keeping our apartment community clean, attractive, and ready to welcome residents each day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain clean and welcoming common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and entrances
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean walls, doors, and other surfaces
• Clean and detail shared spaces, including laundry facilities
• Prepare vacant apartments for incoming residents
• Help maintain a consistently clean and professional appearance throughout the property
• Identify areas that may need additional attention and communicate them to the property team
• Assist with light seasonal outdoor tasks, such as planting flowers and helping clear snow from entrances

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come from a property management background to be successful in this role.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and punctual
• Detail-oriented and proud of doing quality work
• Courteous and professional
• Comfortable working independently within an established routine
• Able to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, walking, and using stairs
• Able to reliably travel to and from the property

Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, custodial, apartment, or property maintenance experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and reliability are equally important.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
