Requirements include at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with on-call rotation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the community.
• Pick up trash, remove debris, and keep common areas clean and inviting.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units.
• Complete basic maintenance repairs and resident service requests.
• Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Support preventative maintenance and property improvement projects.
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Learn and develop maintenance skills while working alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician.

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Clovis, CA.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience who wants to grow their career while training under an experienced Maintenance Technician.

As a Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of our apartment community. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in a job well done, and like working both indoors and outdoors, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE) plus benefits
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required as needed
