Job summary
GSF Properties Inc. in Clovis, CA is seeking a dependable Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I. This role focuses on maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the apartment community, with hands-on outdoor work and opportunities to grow under an experienced Technician.
Requirements include at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry.
- Enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the community.
- Pick up trash, remove debris, and keep common areas clean and inviting.
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units.
- Complete basic maintenance repairs and resident service requests.
- Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Support preventative maintenance and property improvement projects.
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
- Learn and develop maintenance skills while working alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician.
