Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Grounds Attendant to maintain clean, neat, and orderly property grounds, including mowing, edging, and landscaping. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour.

You will inspect exterior fixtures, promote guest safety, and interact professionally with guests and teammates on a daily basis. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and prior grounds or facilities maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grounds, facilities, or general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to complete on-the-job training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of property grounds, including mowing, edging, weeding, raking leaves, and sweeping parking lots, garages, and walkways.
• Plant, remove, relocate, and maintain landscaping elements to support attractive property appearance.
• Remove trash, debris, and litter from exterior areas; empty and maintain trash receptacles as needed.
• Inspect signs, posts, fencing, and related fixtures for condition.
• Promote safe environment by identifying hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
• Develop working knowledge of property's facilities and entertainment offerings to assist guests.
• Perform other duties in support of Maintenance and Facilities departments.

The Grounds Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, neat, and orderly grounds to ensure an attractive and welcoming appearance of the property. Starting Pay: $22.00

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all property grounds, including mowing, edging, weeding, raking leaves, and sweeping parking lots, garages, and walkways.
• Plant, remove, relocate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements to support an attractive property appearance.
• Remove trash, debris, and litter from all exterior areas and parking facilities; empty and maintain trash receptacles as needed.
• Inspect and ensure that signs, posts, fencing, and related fixtures are straight, secure, and in good condition.
• Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and team members by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow team members.
• Develop working knowledge of the property's facilities and entertainment offerings in order to assist guests when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Maintenance and Facilities departments.
