Job summary

Towne Properties in Cincinnati is seeking a Grounds Technician to maintain outdoor spaces and assist with snow removal during winter. You will help keep lawns, shrubs, and common areas looking pristine while providing friendly service to residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of groundskeeping or property maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k) with company match.

• Landscaping tasks: planting, fertilizing, watering trees, grass, flowers and shrubs.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance with trash pickup, power washing, light grounds care, snow removal assistance, and minor repairs.
• Care for landscaping by planting, fertilizing, and watering trees, flowers, and shrubs.
• Oversee pet area upkeep and restock supplies at dog stations.
• Assist residents with outdoor concerns and report maintenance issues.
• Complete light to moderate work orders and maintain pool chemical levels.
• After-hours only required as needed for emergencies - snow removal during winter emergencies.
