Job summary

Dimensionhospitality is seeking a detail‑oriented Grounds Supervisor to oversee outdoor maintenance across our properties. You will supervise grounds staff, schedule projects, and ensure lawns, trees, and irrigation are well cared for to create a strong first impression for guests.

This leadership role focuses on safety, equipment maintenance, and on‑time delivery of landscaping tasks. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required; you will monitor supplies, coordinate with vendors, and

• Grounds or facilities leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment and safety.
• Organized, reliable, and detail focused.
• Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
