Job summary

Direct Jobs is seeking a flexible, per diem grounds maintenance worker to keep a safe campus for patients, visitors and staff. You will operate large equipment for snow removal, plowing, salting, and general grounds upkeep, with responsibilities including mowing, pruning, and basic horticulture.

Typical hours run 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; the role is non-benefits eligible and offers flexibility with up to two days per week during favorable seasons. Prior experience and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds using various equipment.
• Perform snow removal.
• Operate loaders, tractors, dump trucks, pickups to plow and salt parking lots and sidewalks.
