Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily grounds maintenance and trash disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of trash rooms and chutes.
• Clean pools, monitor chemistry, log compliance.
• Inspect irrigation systems and perform repairs.
• Assist maintenance and housekeeping on vacant units.
• Coordinate with vendors for tours of vacant/occupied units.
• Clean windows, common areas, model homes; change bulbs.
• Monitor supplies and keep equipment in good condition.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
