ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a diligent property maintenance professional to support our residential portfolio. The role involves keeping Breezeways tidy, sweeping, replacing lights, and conducting monthly property walks to ensure clean, market-ready units and well-maintained common areas.

You will perform pressure washing, manage the compactor area, and maintain amenities while delivering responsive customer service to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Must possess the right attitude and dedication along with strong customer service.
• Detailed Oriented Organizational skills.
