Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties in Texas. The role covers upkeep of buildings, common areas, and amenities, with monthly property walks and routine cleaning.

The position is full-time and offers competitive pay plus benefits including insurance, housing discounts, and a solid 401(k) plan. Responsibilities include housekeeping of model units, outdoor maintenance, and ensuring a clean, safe living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the buildings and common areas to a high standard.
• Keep breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from the property.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to assess conditions.
• Pressure wash the buildings as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units for new residents.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
