Job summary

Francis Property Management Inc. is seeking a Grounds Technician to maintain the community’s exterior areas including pool, walkways, dog park, and dumpster zones. You will perform daily cleaning, waste removal, and general upkeep to ensure a safe, well-kept environment.

Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude, able to lift heavy items, wear PPE, and complete required training. This on-site role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
• Must complete Francis Property Management training.

Responsibilities

• Remove all waste from grounds, waste bins, and pet waste receptacles daily.
• Sweep and clean walkways, dumpster areas, and pool areas.
• Power wash buildings, corridors, stairwells, and parking areas.
• Paint curbs, speed bumps, and assist with exterior paint needs.
• Assist with trash-out needs in vacant apartment homes.
