Job summary

Nolan Living is hiring a Groundskeeper for our Mission, KS community. You will maintain landscaping, assist with apartment make-readies, and help keep common areas clean and safe for residents.

This full-time role offers on-site work, competitive pay, and benefits including housing discount, PTO, holidays, and health coverage. You’ll work with a small Operations team and report to the Property Manager. Prior groundskeeping experience is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod.
• Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property.
• Clean and maintain common areas and grounds.
• Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
