L», Nolan Living is seeking a Groundskeeper for its North Kansas City, MO community to maintain landscaping, assist with apartment make-readies, and keep grounds safe and welcoming for residents.

You will work outdoors, using hand and power tools, while following safety procedures. This full-time, non-exempt role includes a housing discount, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod.
• Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property.
• Clean and maintain common areas and grounds.
• Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Assist with make-readies including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
