Job summary

A local golf club in Naples is seeking a Groundskeeper to perform various groundskeeping tasks, focusing on turf and landscape maintenance. Qualifications

• Bilingual is preferred, not required.
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping or golf course maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with turfgrass care, irrigation systems, and basic equipment operation.
• Ability to read and follow pesticide labels and safety instructions; applicable pesticide certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Mow tees, fairways, greens, collars, roughs and approaches.
• Aerate, topdress, verticut and roll greens as directed.
• Perform turf cultural practices such as fertilizing and pest control.
• Operate and maintain equipment like mowers and tractors.
• Maintain bunkers and landscaping features.
• Report any turf or landscape health issues.
• Setup course signage and prepare for tournaments.
• Dispose of litter and maintain course cleanliness.
