Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and rake grounds using power equipment and hand tools.
• Weed and maintain landscaped areas to ensure plant health and a professional appearance.
• Prune trees and shrubs using appropriate tools.
• Operate and repair ground equipment and pesticide application apparatus.
• Maintain and update records in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
