Qualifications

• One year of experience in groundskeeping or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Keep community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas clean and debris-free.
• Sweep, pick up trash, and remove litter regularly.
• Maintain landscaping including watering plants and removing weeds.
• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, and laundry rooms.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Assist in the make-ready process of vacant apartments by removing trash, cleaning appliances and fixtures, ensuring move-in ready condition.
• Assist maintenance with routine inspections and repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• May include painting, cleaning, and completing minor repairs.
• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a timely and helpful manner.
