Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a reliable Groundskeeping & Make-Ready Cleaner to support daily property upkeep and prepare vacant units for new residents. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and flexible part-time hours.

You will maintain clean grounds, assist with trash-out and unit cleaning, and help keep breezeways and common areas welcoming. A strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or trade experience required.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and presentable property grounds.
• Pick up trash and empty common-area trash bins.
• Clean vacant units, including trash-outs, wiping surfaces, sweeping, and mopping.
• Maintain breezeways, pool areas, and other common areas.
• Assist with basic property and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow direction from the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment.
