Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to care for the landscape surrounding our facilities. You will mow lawns, trim shrubs, weed beds, and keep walkways clean, while performing routine upkeep on tools and equipment.

The ideal candidate has several years of landscaping or cleaning experience, can operate power mowers and trimmers, and works well outdoors in varying weather conditions. This role emphasizes safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
• Proficient in operating lawn care equipment and basic landscaping techniques.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds around designated areas.
• Mows lawns, trims weeds, and rakes leaves; plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, or beds.
• Perform preventative maintenance on power equipment.

Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Workers / GroundskeeperDepartment: Facilities Maintenance & OperationsJob Summary:The Grounds Maintenance or Groundskeeper to take care of the landscape around our buildings. Your primary responsibilities include performing routine upkeep, such as mowing the grass, trimming shrubbery, weeding, pressure washing and sweeping walkways, and watering plants when the weather is dry. You may use a variety of tools, such as a power mower or a rake, to complete your duties, in addition to occasional preventative maintenance on the facilities. The work requires a well-rounded individual with several years of landscaping or cleaning experience.
