Job summary

Ideal candidates are 18+, pass background and drug screening, and can work outdoors in all weather. Must have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with reliable teamwork and independent work skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check and DMV check required prior to employment.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Regularly work outdoors in inclement weather (rain, snow, heat, cold).
• Consistent attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work independently and with others within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cut grass with mowers (under 2,000 lbs).
• Trim hedges and edges around walks and beds.
• Prune shrubs and trees to shape.
• Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
• Water lawn and shrubs; manage leaves and debris.
• Repair and paint fences, gates, benches, and other structures.
• Assist in repairs of roads, walks, and buildings.
• Clean and maintain offices, storage areas and lots.
• Perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Maintain records of work and materials.
