Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience performing similar grounds maintenance work.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate landscaping hand and power tools.
• Reading and comprehension skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and develop alternatives for conflict resolution.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
• If driving is required, must maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Cut grass to specified requirements with a push mower.
• Remove debris from work site and dispose of trash.
• Operate grass/weed trimmer in slopes and rough terrain.
• Trim hedges and edge sidewalks, curbs, and parking areas.
• Clean tools and vehicles; perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety requirements and use equipment responsibly.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
