Job summary

Sky Ranch in Oklahoma is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the maintenance, cleanliness, ambiance, and beauty of the site. This role performs routine outdoor maintenance and focuses on care of the property.

Responsibilities include general repair of buildings, assisting with cleaning of springs, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment. You may back up the Groundskeeper and be on-call for emergencies, with a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Zero to two years of maintenance experience.
• General maintenance knowledge.
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• General repair and maintenance of buildings and structures.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the Springs.
• Perform routine maintenance on capital assets and inspections.
• Back up Groundskeeper during seasonal peaks as needed.
• On-call availability for emergencies after hours.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately.
