Job summary

Wally's Pontiac, located in Pontiac, IL, is seeking a Maintenance Team Member for the Grounds Crew. This full-time role focuses on keeping the outside of the property clean, safe, and welcoming for guests, with responsibilities across parking areas, landscaping, and general maintenance.

You'll work outdoors, operate equipment like power washers and scrubbers, and help with snow removal in winter. No prior maintenance experience is required, but dependability and the ability to work with a team

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, janitorial, or grounds experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and fuel areas clean and safe.
• Emptying trash and keeping outdoor areas organized.
• Maintaining the fuel pump and canopy areas.
• Helping with snow and ice removal in winter.
• Operating equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles.
• Supporting the team with deliveries, stocking, or projects when needed.
• Helping keep maintenance tools and supply areas organized.
