Wally’s Whitestown is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep the store interior and exterior clean, safe, and welcoming. The role involves independent work and collaboration to maintain restrooms, parking areas, and fuel pumps, ensuring guest satisfaction daily.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, basic maintenance tasks, and assisting with deliveries or stocking as needed. This full-time position requires reliability and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or janitorial is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Clean Facilities throughout the day.
• Care for Exterior Areas: parking lots, sidewalks, fuel pumps.
• Handle Daily Cleaning & Maintenance Tasks with janitorial tools.
• Support Store Operations: stocking, deliveries during busy times.
• Maintain Safety & Organization of tools, equipment, and supplies.
