Job summary

Wally s Operating Company LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Member for its grounds crew at Wally's Pontiac, IL. The role focuses on keeping the exterior of the property clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.

You’ll operate equipment like power washers and floor scrubbers, help with snow removal in winter, and support deliveries and stocking as needed. Prior maintenance or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, janitorial, or grounds work is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Keep the exterior of the property clean, safe, and looking great.
• Operate equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles.
• Empty trash and maintain outdoor areas and fuel pump/canopy areas.
• Assist with snow and ice removal in winter.
• Support deliveries, stocking, or projects as needed.

What You'll Do

Most of your time will be spent keeping the outside of the property looking great and operating smoothly.

This includes things like:

• Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and fuel areas clean and safe
• Emptying trash and keeping outdoor areas organized
• Maintaining the fuel pump and canopy areas
• Helping with snow and ice removal in winter
• Operating equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles
• Supporting the team with deliveries, stocking, or projects when needed
• Helping keep maintenance tools and supply areas organized
