Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, NH seeks a landscape and grounds team member to maintain lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces year-round. You will lead seasonal crews, manage routine tasks and support snow removal during winter, ensuring the property stays in top condition for guests.

Candidates should have a background in landscape or horticulture, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be available for early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and be a team player.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to work early mornings and weekends.
• A degree or certificate in landscape/horticulture or related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles.
• Attend monthly department meetings and lineups.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of landscape/horticulture, snow removal applications.
• Lead and supervise teams to accomplish daily landscape, horticulture and snow removal tasks.
• Maintain landscape and outdoor areas in all capacities: mowing, pruning, weeding, watering, planting, mulching.
• Keep property in excellent condition; weather permitting.
• Snow removal during winter in non-seasonal positions; landscaping during summer months.
