Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance team member in Hamilton, KY. You will maintain landscaping, help with basic building upkeep, and complete work orders across our CFS communities.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and strong customer service to keep residents and staff safe and satisfied. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, and at least two years of landscaping experience, with comfort operating outdoor equipment

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licenses: Valid driver license and vehicle liability insurance.
Experience: Two years landscaping experience preferred.
Equipment: Safe operation of outdoor landscaping tools and power equipment.
Tech: Basic computer and smartphone use to complete work orders.

Responsibilities

Performs grounds keeping and building maintenance at multiple locations.
Mows, plants, trims, weeds, weeds control, mulch, edging.
Operates a variety of equipment including saws, mowers, blowers, salt spreaders.
Manages workload through a work order system and completes orders timely.
Travels between facilities and communicates with supervisor about issues.
