• At least 1 year of paid experience in grounds maintenance with moderately complex equipment.
• Possession of Ohio CDL Class A with truck/trailer combo is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of students.
• Maintain buildings and grounds to be clean and presentable.
• Promote good public relations through appearance and conduct.
• Perform lawn mowing and snow removal at facilities.
• Maintain and repair trucks, tractors, and lawn mowers.
• Lead and participate in tasks such as digging, paving, raking, painting, and equipment repair.
• Install and repair guardrails, playground equipment, and fences on Board property.
