Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Laborer

Bargaining Unit Status: Yes

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check as per company requirements.
• Ability to perform essential functions with minimal accommodations.

Supervision

Supervised by Grounds Maintenance Zone Managers.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance duties as assigned.
• Operate equipment such as trimmers, edgers, blowers, mowers.
• Perform mulching, pruning, weeding, planting.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
• Use equipment properly and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical and Work Conditions

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including temperature extremes and light rain.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment on uneven terrain for up to 2 hours.
• Move on various outdoor surfaces, including inclines up to 45 degrees.
• Moderate lifting (<50 lbs), frequent bending, stooping, twisting.
