Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Fortis Industries is interviewing for a Full-Time Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Laborer for our contract in Center Hill, TN.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

The Grounds Maintenance Laborer will have experience in Grounds Maintenance procedures.

The following are key responsibilities associated with this position:

• Cut’s lawn using hand, power, or riding mower; trims and edges around walks, flower beds, walls, etc.
• Plant’s grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs; prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth, using shears and other hand tools.
• Spray’s lawns, trees and shrubs with fertilizers and insecticides.
• May perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds maintenance.
• May perform routine laboring and maintenance duties when grounds keeping work has been completed.
  
  
  

Pay:

$17.75 per hour plus

$4.93 an hour (up to 40 hours) for Health and Welfare (these monies are used to pay for benefits, any leftover monies go back to your paycheck)
